Should buyers of pre-owned titles be punished?

I perfectly understand your point, I would never sell my own games, the ones I paid for and love to have as a collection and treasure.

But for someone else, games are just entertainment while it lasts, then they sell it.

 

I have a friend that went through more than 50 Xbox360 games and sold almost them all... He loves to game, not to have the games.
