I rewatched the first season recently and then the Movie. It was an awsome show, then they started to change voice actor's, battles became to significant, everyone became to goody goody and the Pokemon became ridiculous. DBZ never lost it's greatness though, I swear everyone copies the show. Vegeta = Saskue, Zorro, Uryū Ishida. Goku = Luffy, Naruto and every other overly happy anime character. |

99% Of all Anime characters are the same.
Goofy characters = Goku, Naruto, (the 2 guys from Zoids 1st and 2nd Seasons) (The main character from beyblade)
Serious back up characters who are only there to make the main guy look good = Vegeta,(The long haired guy from Zoids) Sasuke and Kai

Yeah, your pretty much summed up every anime. You forgot to mention the Damsel though.
Damsel: The girl who complains about everything, falls in love with everyone and always becomes a liability. Bulma, Sakura etc

Iv seen a few animes where these rules differ.
Like Detective Conan( Forgot the name of the show) where the guy gets turned into a kid and is a detective.

I think in the USA they called it Case Closed or something like that, here we knew it as detective Conan.
