What do you believe in?

I think humans are born with a personality and phisical characteristics that define hormone stuff and things like that, based on this, they will react differently depending on external estimulations.

Now, I dont think I could tell what is a bad person or a good person, but I think it could be that there are people who put their interests before others security or things like that and these depending on the case could be considered bad because they do bad things to other people, to prevent abuses from ones will to other people I think there should be a goverment that protects them.

There are many authors that have tried to explain this and give a legitimate anwser to the existance of a goverment, making up stories to try to explain a point similar to this one.
