- Non-interventionist, pull out of Iraq & Afghanistan immediately (got major flak at the 08 debates for that)
- End trade restrictions with Cuba
- Smaller government
- Lower taxes
- End the federal reserve (wrote the bill providing the first independent audit of the fed)
- Pro gay marriage (in the way of ending the fed controlling the definition of marriage and licenses)
- Pro drugs
- Anti death penalty for federal crimes
- End the department of education
