Ok this is for all consoles and no PC, no Handhelds. The list is in order from least to greatest importance. And yes I know, there are many things besides games that make people buy a console. (Online, What your friends have, Pricetag etc...)

 Wii:

1.) Wii sports (Bundled with system; casual)

2.) Wii fit (New experience; Bundled with Balance board)

3.) Super Mario galaxy

4.) Legend of Zelda: Twilight princess (Zelda games are always system sellers)

5.) Mario kart Wii

6.) New super Mario bros

7.) Resident Evil 4 Wii edition (It's cool with wii remotes)

8.) Wii sprts resort

9.) Wii Fit plus

10.) ShovelWare

Xbox 360:

1.) Halo 3 (Microsoft's biggest blockbuster)

2.) Gears of War (Microsofts first "amazing" game for 360)

3.) fable 2 (An amazing action/adventure game)

4.) Call of Duty 4 (Huge win for the HD consoles)

5.) Mass effect (Set the new benchmark for WRPGs)

6.) Left 4 dead

7.) Forza motorsport 2

8.) GTA4 exclusive DLC

9.) Rock band exclusive stuff

10.) Guitar Hero games (These helped all consoles but I would have to say mostly 360)

PS3:

1.) Metal gear solid 4 (Lots of bundles and huge fanbase)

2.) Uncharted 2 (Bundles and amazing game)

3.) Little Big planet (Bundles and most creative game ever imo)

4.) Call of Duty 4 (Huge win for the HD consoles)

5.)  uncharted (Lots of bundles; PS3's first good game imo)

6.) Killzone 2 (Most realistic war game imo; bundles)

7.) Final Fantasy 13 (Japan exclusive; most people thought this was only of PS3)

8.) resistance (Lots of bundles; was a decent launch title)

9.) GTA 4 (Lots of Europe bundles; GTA is very sony related)

10.)  PES games (Lots of Europeans have soccer games and had ps2, so they got ps3 for these)

So it seems like microsoft is trying to feed the people similar games to sell more, sony is trying to hit a more broad fanbase and try to appeal to more people, Nintendo is casual so yeah...

How do you like my list? Good or bad?
