The best GameCube games of the ones I played were:
Resident Evil 4
Resident Evil REmake
Resident Evil 0
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Metroid Prime
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Eternal Darkness
Pikmin 1 + 2
Prince of Persia (all three)
Rogue Squadron 2
A number of other games were good, but had flaws keeping them from being truly memorable or as good as the above games, such as:
Mario Sunshine
F-Zero GX
Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
Animal Crossing
Metroid Prime 2
Soul Calibur 2
Kirby Air Ride
A few games were just downright terrible like:
Rogue Squadron 3: Rebel Strike
Pokemon Colloseum
