The way I see it,Nomura won't release KH3 until next genersation.

I just read his interview about the future of the Kingdom Hearts series and it had me thinking of when Kingdom Hearts III will be released.

In the interview, Nomura says:

 

The next game in the series will not be called KH3 and will not star Sora. Instead, you will play another integral character. This game will connect the complicated stories spread across previous titles... but we've yet to hear about a platform or a release date.

He wants a KH title to be released every year in order to keep the fans pleased... presumably, at this rate, the next one will be coming in 2011... and I'm guessing that it'll be the one noted above.

 

So that means we probably won't see the game until 2013 or 2014

2013 is considered to be the year the 8th generation begins

He also said:

"When prompted to answer whether we'll see KH3 in 2012, Nomura refused to answer. However, this doesn't mean he doesn't want it out at all. he actually wants it out ASAP."

If Nomura wants the game out as soon as possible, does that mean we will see KH3 out as soon as late 2011 or mid 2012.

In my opinion, I don't think Nomura would want to rush the game to be finished and released.

So I predict KH3 coming out at the beginning of the 8th generation but this opens up another question:
