I've never tried it, but that bone marrow burger does sound really good.

The aforementioned Wagyu/foie gras/truffle burger was from the Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay in Vegas.  It was really good, but for 60 bucks, I probably won't order it again.

Mmm... add me to the unagi boat! I've always wanted to try it grilled, but it makes for a damn fine sushi. I do know some people who have a barrier against it, but one of my roommates loves the stuff.

As for that burger, yeah, at $60, I don't think I'd ever get it. I was reluctant to get the foie gras add-on for $10 (or in other words, more than the cost of the burger), so yeah... $60 is out of the question. And it's been a while since we've been to this burger place; I should see about getting back there this weekend...
