Yes, the worlds average is getting greater, thats the result of global warming which i have never disuputed. However your missing the point i was making. Just because the average gobal termperature is slowly going up doesnt mean the whole world is.
In theory Europe could potentially go colder. Im not going to go through every European country for you. But A large number of them including England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway Sweden Denmark Beligium and Holland expierienced bad winters. Wheras as this whole thread has pointed out the USA is suffering from desert conditions/

Yeah, sure Spain and Italy didn't expierience severe minus temperatures for long periods but they have never expierienced that. It stilld oesnt get away from the fact that In January 2010, Europe experienced one of its coldest winters since 1981–1982.
