If you look at the Famitsu leaks, pretty much everything it sells weekly is what's shipped.  Same deal for Wii Sports Resort and Tomodachi Collection, Nintendo can't even keep these games in stock...

They could ship more obviously, that is Nintendo's way to keep the prices high.  They know what it is selling every week and they are keeping the optimum stock levels.
