I love unagi. Too bad lots of folks just have some silly mental barrier against it.

I've never tried it, but that bone marrow burger does sound really good.
The aforementioned Wagyu/foie gras/truffle burger was from the Burger Bar at Mandalay Bay in Vegas. It was really good, but for 60 bucks, I probably won't order it again.
