Ah, Tahoe's... I wish more places would do those! That was one of the things I liked about going to college in that area.
@Alasted: I do know that foie gras is delicious on a burger, but I've never had that with actual truffles. (The foie gras was in truffle oil, but that doesn't count.) However, I don't get that too often, as the price on those starts at $16.95. However, it does lead me to the actual topic at hand. A burger with bone marrow. It's got a... different... taste. I'm glad to have tried it, but in all honesty, I don't see myself doing it again.
