Of course, but how about this. When I play as Russians I never get to be in a tank at the start because not everyone starts the map at the same time due to loading times. They punish people with slower CPUs. There's always a few guys on the ground already when I have just jumped out with my parachute. That sux.

You PC guys can't have it all good XD

If you wanted to have it so that everyone had uniform and equal specs, go console.
