I don't get where people are getting a sense of negativity for this guy - THQ have always been more based around casual / childrens software (Just look at their Ps2 line up) and what he says seems fair based on their experiences and whatnot.
De Blob going multiplatform imo makes perfect sense, the art style means porting it up and putting it in HD won't look too 'ugly' and will be relatively cheap. The marketing budget can be upped as the game is now across 3 platforms - I still expect the Wii version to sell best as it's 'right' with that audience but it no doubt fits in with where sony and Microsoft are headed - with their motion peripherals.
I missed the first one due to never having a motivation to play my Wii, might pick up the sequel for Wii or PS3 though. Look forward to seeing it :).
