on a side note, the same site will post a preview of alan wake later

Also, I m really waiting to see the full picture of this game. In those video I can note things that look "displaced" compared to my expectation but in the same time, you have to play it by yourself to really judge ... waiting for review

libellule just stop. U've been downplaying this game for over a year now. I'm sure you can see that it looks amazing, you just don't want to admit it.

It's 93% Meta, at least. Top 3 GOTY contender.

no, I dont have down played the game. As I said, it is too early to "judge" it right now.

But, from a video, you can also judge the gfx and I see what people are saying here AND on others sites.

I didnt have made much comment on ME2/HeavyRain because I didnt care that much about them.

For Alan wake that is another story because it has a survival horror feeling that comes from the atmosphere ... and I m going to burst bubble when it will be needed and ... shut up when it is needed too.

NOTE: the french preview is here !!!

Having read the preview, it confirms that this game is not a survival horror because it is more oriented action (TP flashlight Shooter)

neverthless, there is perhaps a way, for them, to keep a strong atmosphere AND to have some big action sequence inside.

You see, I do not downplay Alan Wake, but I read between the line : it avoids to have unfair reaction ...

We will see how it goes.

(by the way, stop the technical comparaison with others game, AW is not a gfx powerhouse, let's focus on the good atmosphere/gameplay)

Time to Work !
