Of course, they could be hiring for a second IP they're working on. I have my doubts that they've only worked on LBP PSP over the past 4-5 years, and given all the old rumors of a ps3 game being well underway at Cambridge, I wouldn't be surprised if they're gearing up to finally announce one project and expanding to start production on another.
