Will all FPS games use motion controls next generation?

Zangeki no Reginleiv uses motion plus to control the cursor and that is way better than IR. When you move your cursor off screen and bring it back, its seamless and very smooth. I think RedSteel 2 is going to use motion plus for the cursor too. I can't wait for that ps3 motion controlled RE:5. When i get online with the Arc, its over for other standard control players.
