Saving this article for a few reasons.

A) But we have our own first-party development and exclusives like Final Fantasy XIV and Agent.

Rumors abound of an Xbox version of FF14, and with SE's recent attitude towards the western market and MS in general, it's completely possible. It's also odd to me that he mentions first-party development and 2 3rd-party titles in the same sentence. It's not a big deal, but he should have mention they were 3rd-party.

B)and we're going to catch them and pass them here in the U.S. as well

Seriously? How do people NOT see this as arrogant? He should have just said catch up, that would have shown confidence and yet humility.

C) If you take advantage of what the PS3 can deliver – more content on the Blu-ray disc, better graphics, being able to get more of what the player wants onto the disc – you're going to see those sales translate.

The "more content" usually means more cutscenes (not gameplay). Better graphics, maybe, it's kind of subjective, but we'll see with this year's releases probably. Last I checked, these are secondary to the things gamers really want, good entertainment, which for most means a fun and/or enriched and/or emotional/deep gaming experience. Wii software sales show this (especially the fun part).

D) If you walk into a Wal-mart or Target, so many of the titles are behind glass, and if you're the consumer you might strain your eyes trying to pick which game you want.

Wtf? I guess consumers are some kind of inferior humans that can't see 2 feet in front of them through a glass cabinet. Patronizing, arrogant, and misinformed.
