yes, well the article was short sited too. You could argue that it wouldn't run on Wii either for the same reasons, except it doesn't have Mario in the title as there is no Halo

Hm, true that. Although I'm sure it'll run on Wii HD which will be out this year. According to some research by analysts I read, Nintendo has bought the Halo IP, which may very well point to an acquisition of the Heavy Rain IP as well. Might be a DS2 launch title as well, 'cos that'll have both HD and motion sensing, as Iwata confirmed.
