- Launch Task Manager and end process <4 random chars>sftav.exe ([URL=http://www.pcindanger.com/antivirus-soft-removal.html]what to do if Task Manager is blocked by Antivirus Soft?[/URL])
- Install program by double clicking mbam-setup.exe setup file.
- Stick to the guidelines when installing the program.
- Make sure you update the program with latest entries.
- Start computer scan by launcing the program and pressing "Scan" button.
- After the scan has been completed, click "Show Results", then "Remove Selected".

I'm not sure if Kaspersky will be able to remove Antivirus Soft, well maybe Internet Security version will. All i know that Malwarebytes' AntiMalware is a good and free program. try it:


- Before downloading setup file, go to Antivirus Soft on Pcindanger.com and read section "To start Antivirus Soft removal process". It explains how to kill malicious process.

- Then instead of downloading Spyware Doctor proceed with Malwarebytes program.

- Install program by double clicking mbam-setup.exe setup file.

- Stick to the guidelines when installing the program.

- Make sure you update the program with latest entries.

- Start computer scan by launching the program and pressing "Scan" button.

- After the scan has been completed, click "Show Results", then "Remove Selected".

- Computer restart might be necessary.
