If you're playing with one hand, you should only be able to shoot, or run, not both at the same time. You're clearly lying, which you can clear up by showing us the video of you not shooting and running at the same time.
Adjusting controls the way you want it isn't a hole lot of things. It's actually a good thing that DICE is letting you customize controls the way you want it. Sorry they didn't make it control exactly like Call of Duty.
