Well it would certainly help push the Wii towards the core audience and perhaps that's a part of Nintendo's strategy to push the Wii sales with more core players with Zelda Wii, Metroid: Other M, Mario Galaxy 2 etc and obviously a 3D google like system that could track your head movements would be a big improvement for first person titles.
