A cell phone doesn't have the power nor the interface to support your average XBLA game. All games will probably have to be built for the phone, meaning it's no different than Android or iPhone. I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you guys. At most it'll be a picture of your avatar and a friends list that you can or can't interact with depending on your membership status. If you're hoping to play Bionic Commando Re-Armed or Marvel vs Capcom 2 online from your phone against people on a phone/console or be in a party chat with people on phones and a 360, I think you're gonna be disappointed. |
Nope on the Avatar issue, as somebody posted a link of a M$ rep talking about it, and saying you WILL be able to modify your Avatar on your phone, and while you'll not see full 360 games, they are looking to get some cross platform games in quene with achievements.

Where did you see that this information? For what phone, since I didn't think there were currently any devices out.
