I would suggest you change the memory into a 2x 2GB kit or get 4 x 2GB for 8GB of ram total as you're not going with a motherboard/CPU combo with tripple channel memory.
In addition to this I would suggest going with the HD 5850 or 5870 instead of the HD 5770 because it has a much wider memory bus and twice the memory bandwidth and its a cost effective upgrade now you've saved money on other areas of the build.
