Oy. Where to begin...

First, Socket LGA1366 is not a gaming platform. It's a platform for people who want to run CPU- and RAM-intensive apps at the cost of bucketloads of cash. Switch out the i7-920 for an i5-750, the mobo for this one (or similar), and the 6 GB triple-channel RAM for 4 GB dual-channel.

Second, the GTS 250 is not a good gaming video card unless you like 20 FPS framerates in Crysis with no AA. What resolution will you be running at?

Third, the PSU wattage is way overkill, and OCZ sucks. The PSU is the most important component in your system (seriously - it's the only one that can fry everything if you get a crappy one). My standard recommendation is a Corsair 550VX: it's built rock-solid, carries a five-year warranty, and should be able to run anything short of Crossfired Radeon 5870s or something crazy like that.

Finally, I'd reconsider the case. Cooler Master's Centurion 5 has all you need for a basic build at half the price, or you could get something stellar like a Lian Li PC-K7B for the same price.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
