I will definitely read Kaichou, It doesn't have to have action. I enjoy every type of manga as long as its good!
You read some good stuff r505matt, Great Teacher Onizuka is my favorite Manga/Anime series, although the manga is way better. 20th Century Boys sounds awesome, I'ma read that one after Kaichou :D.
