In all fairness, the only one of those that you can rule out 100% is Bioshock 2.  GTA V is years away, but that doesn't seem likely.

Halo CE HD isn't a mission impossible by any stretch of the imagination.  If something like PD XBLA does well I think the chances of HD Halo CE skyrocket.  I don't think Sony owns Insomniac (could be wrong) and a 3rd party dev going multiplat isn't as ludicrous or unheard of as you make it out to be.  Alpha Protocol hasn't even been released yet so you can't rule that out nor is it a ridiculous possibility, given the amount of time Obsidian has been working on it and the quality of Obsidian's games.
