Which Rare game sequel would you like to see the most on 360?

Well if we were including Nintendo francises I would say a successor to DK64, but since that's out of the question, I'd like a new Perfect Dark or Banjo Kazooie (a TRUE Banjo sequel, none of that nuts and bolts garbage).
