I dont know dude..tri-Ace did say that they wanted to move on from there old IP's that Enix holds. I belive they got tired of SE not giving them the assets and time they needed to do there projects so they finished all there old IP's to move on and make new ones with a different more free devloper like SEGA( there reason for working with them to begin with)
