Who wants a "newly" designed Playstation controller when the Ps4 launches?

I would love to see a newly designed controller. It's one of the main reasons i prefer to buy multiplatform titles on my X360, especially FPS, and racing titles. I hate the way it makes my thumbs feel cramped after an hour or so, and the trigger are flat. The natural positioning of the thumb is up/vertical, so my gripe is mainly with the left analog stick.
