I have only played through it one time. At first I was a little disappointed in how a lot of things was very similar to OoT, but then I started to appreciate it more and more. I will play it again soon, after I've beat OoT and MM for the somethingth time.
I believe Twilight Princess will age very well, "like a good wine".
