When you buy a PC game there are minimum requirements written on it, so you know if your hardware is obsolete....when you buy an HD console it isn't written on its box messages like "you can have difficult reading text on SD" or else.
Now someone who plays videogames for years is aware of this kind of problems but a less experienced consumer may not. So it's unfair for the developer not implementing easy-readable SD texts or at least a warning for these kind of problems. That's why it can be called a fraud.
