Yeah, because calling Gran Turismo "stale" is totally worse than saying you can't play another racing game outside of Gran Turismo for 5 minutes. Give me a freaking break. Both of them are bad, why can't everyone just man up and admit that Yamauchi isn't perfect anymore?

Who says he did anything wrong? Other games are inferior in quality to GT in many aspects. I see no problems here. He's not making untrue baseless claims.

Saying you can't play another racing game for 5 minutes due to the "lack of quality" is garbage and you know it. Heaven forbid someone like a racing game other than Gran Turismo.

In all fairness he said he couldn't play it for more than five minutes, he didn't mention me, you or that guy. If I was making a game, I'd probably feel mine is superior as well because all the qualities and features I want in a game will be available to me. It's his opinion, his representing himself.

If we're taking the "in all fairness" route, I have to ask why it was so hard not to make a statement about other games at all. Why can't anybody in the racing genre respect other games at all? I don't care if that's really his opinion at all. I care that he spouted his mouth off without showing any respect for other games that people worked long and hard on. The fact that so many people are handing him a free pass on this is just irritating.
