Prediction: Capcom will announce a major Wii game in 2010

I think Wii's going to remain the (console exclusive) home for the mainline Monster Hunter series and the Vs. Capcom series. We'll probably get new installment announcements for each this year.

I'm also expecting a Wii RE5 conversion or fully fledged RE spinoff (3rd person shooter), probably from cavia. I still think that rumored MegaMan Action RPG (Scramble Battle) may resurface at some point. Other than that (and already announced stuff like Basara 3) I really have no idea what else could come though? Viewtiful Joe 3? Gotcha Force 2? Anything appropriate I can think of is really more niche and targeted...

I also don't think anything on Wii this year will outsell Lost Planet 2 or Dead Rising 2 (each combined). The only thing with a chance is MH3 (thanks to the Nintendo push), and that's a slim chance imo. On the other hand, I think both LP2 and DR2 will fail to hit their targets, while MH3 will exceed it's targets.

Oh, and finally, I think we'll see Capcom on VC Arcade. I also think we might see Capcom and Disney/Marvel come to some sort of agreement on releasing their old titles together (via VC/XBLA/PSN or maybe retail collections).
