Brian Viglione from the Dresden Dolls. BY FAR the best drummer I have seen.

Best group/band:
Three-way tie between Daft Punk, Tool, and Sigur Ròs. There are some more that are oh-so-close, or that i might even like more, but those three are definitely the most skilled bands I have heard.
best Pop group:
Outkast. No question in my mind. Hey Ya and Britney Spears' Toxic are the epitome of Pop music
