I just don't see how they could have given the low scores they have to certain 360 titles (Gears and ME1 spring to mind - both scores I'd agree with really) and high scores to certain PS3 titles (LBP for example) and really be biased.

It was all part of their master plan, you see.  When Bill Gates paid them to mark down non-360 games in 2006, to retain some semblance of impartiality they had to choose a handful of pre-determined 360 exclusives to give lower-than-average scores to (etc).

When atypical review scores crop up in Edge that I don't agree with, which they certainly do from time to time (NSMB Wii a 7?), I don't think they're biased, I just think they're wrong.

Gates is so evil.  And cunning, too.
