If PS3 was the #1 selling console like the PS1 and PS2 was I'm sure alot of games like GTA would still be exclusive but the PS3 have lost alot of fans due to the high price and less games at the time but the fanbase is growing back. I think Sony should have bought some developers to keep their top exclusive games on the PS3. As long as the games are still on the PS3 then I'm fine by it. I am happy that the PS3 have more new exclusive IP's like Infamous, Heavy Rain, MAG, and others which Microsoft should do. I must say Microsoft have done the smart thing in getting the top exclusive games that Sony once had because if they didn't I think the 360 would be 3rd place.
