That doesn't change much, Spyborgs was developed by Bionic games in LA, RE:UC and RE:DSC were developed by Cavia with Capcom, and Dead Rising and RE Zero were made in collaboration with TOSE Software. Either way, the costs and risks involved in these productions were much lower than with HD projects.
