The graphics are more realistic than U2, but not better.  U2 still has the best graphics, followed closely by KZ2.  While still very good, HR graphics aren't quite at their level, although it does have pretty good character models for the most part.  As for gameplay, well it doesn't really feel like HR fits into the category of a game.  More like interactive art, or interactive story telling.  It's like those books where you choose the path, only better because I hate to read.  It's not really a game imo, but that doesn't make it any less entertaining.  Some of the dialogue could use a little tweaking but it was good enough that it didn't take you out of the moment ever.  All in all, I enjoyed them demo, and it made me a bit interested in a "game" that prior to the demo, I really had no interest in.  That said, I just don't know if I can justify $60 for a single player only game these days.  Uncharted Drakes Fortune was the only exception to the rule this generation.  It seems like an entertaining game, and I guess there really is no way to do co op with this, so I understand why it is single player only, but I don't know that I will spend $60 for 10 hours of gameplay only to never to play it again.
