I really loved the old Sonic games. I can not say the same about the 3D ones. But I like most 2d games more than I do 3d. I also look at Mario games the same way. I do not find them as enjoyable as I did/do the 2d's. With Sonic in 3D it just does not feel like Sonic to me other than a few parts here and there. I am looking forward to Sonic 4 a lot. Just as I looked forward to and loved NSMB Wii.
