I'd like to shake that Doctor by the hand... no wait! After he washes them, first.
Can you go 4 years without sleep? Seems doubtful to me. He must get some sleep sometime.
As for the yanking... he needs to listen to his doctor.
I'm guessing this is mostly fake but the Doctor's comments are amusing.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
