that statement makes so much more sense now, since it seems former huge playstation ip, are being more assosiated with the XBOX brand than the playstation brand.

Oh cry more, what do you want from Sony? should they try and one up MS on ever multiplat game out their, why should Sony make big investmens in 3rd party devs when all this gen have proven is that they can't be trusted with the money Sony or MS gives them?

 

Sony is doing fine investing into their 1st party studios, and i know that this is the best move for them, if it was left up the 3rd party devs alone Sony would have went broke a long time ago.

ehm... no? Check the best selling games last gen, mostly 3rd party games. Only 5 of the 50 best selling games on the PS2 were actually 1st party. The phenomenal 3rd party support was what made the PS2 so successful.
