"inside xbox" does it work in your country???

I live in Canada and after updating my xbox i noticed that there is no inside xbox. After looking around on forums and such it appears this is happening in some countries.  I want to make a list of which countries it works in and which ones it doesn't. Help me out guys.

 

Canada - Nope

USA - Yes

UK - Yes but there is no content

 

I know there are lots of people from different countries on here. Reply after you update your xbox.
