Yes, Everyone, even 360 only owners. How? You might ask. I don't know figure it out, I'm not here to hold your hand.
Anyways, It is awesome. There is a halo around the icons that glows and flowers flying by the screen, it even has a night setting. And the Sounds of the theme are great. It always made me mad when i bought a theme and there were no sounds. This one has melody type sounds, and a very nice tune for the back button. I pick it over the heavy rain theme. It is so nice. I still wish there was background music though, a theme like the Flower one would be perfect for its beautiful music.
