I'm about a third of the way on my second playthrough and I'm liking the game a lot more this time. Going renegade makes for a more amusing experience conversations seem a lot different as well. Playing on insanity this time and I'm liking the difficulty level a lot more. Played an Adept the first time and had a broken experience they ruined the class/powers/cooldown Vangaurds a lot more fun to play.

Now that I've stepped back and gotten used to the changes I have to say its an overall better experience than ME1 with the exception of the resource gathering mini-game. It needs to die a painful death. Here is to hoping it does not make it into ME3.

Yeah, the Vanguard class is great fun, just not on insanity, I would just die constantly

I hated Vanguard when I first started playing it.  I had watched the Game Trailers review and they talked about how awesome charge was but I didn't like it at the first 3 levels, it only starts getting *really* good when you have it level 4 and a good shotgun.  By the end of the game, I was abusing it like crazy to dark all over the battlefield and take everything out with my awesome shotgun and it was just broken and fun.  Though I could see how I would screw myself on insanity since I was very often in the red screen near death state.

I think for my insanitiy playthrough I'm going to play as an infiltrator and then just teach myself Charge (I think you can learn that right?) because charge is just too much fun.

My last playthrough I accidently wasted 15k element zero because of that stupid advanced training research.  I used it to learn barrier (also helps a lot when using charge), then taught myself another power not realizing it wrote over barrier, had been a while since I saved and I had done a lot of conversation stuff I didn't want to sit through again, and then had to train Barrier again.  XD
