I am absolutely sure this is just a ploy to push HW short term and Wake will be on PC within 6 mos. But I'm never right!
Seems tailor-made for PC, rpg lovers and the least likely this year to get the CCP designation. Maybe they need everone they have to get the console version fixed by May? They'd be passing up a lot of cash especially since some of the PC work is already done.
