they do not have a party line.... they have a bunch of individuls that review as they see fit.

 

 

That's what I'm saying.  Or are you agreeing?  I think you are.  I'm sorry I'm not fully getting your reply - I've just got back from a 4 hour timezone difference so I'm a little sluggish mentally.
