The PS1 only missed one holiday season outside of Japan, but unlike the PS3 it was already a low spec gaming console to begin with. The 360 for example had 2 extra holiday season in PAL regions and a bigger headstart in various other regions.

I think it's won't be strange if the PS3 stays ahead of PS1 tracking by the end of 2010 as well.

What?  The PS1 missed a holiday season for the entire world outside of Japan.  The PS3 missed one holiday season in Europe alone.  The 360 has nothing to do with PS1/PS3 comparisons, so that's a bad example.  It's like no matter what you write, it has to revolve around your PS3 is better than all mentality.  Try to be unbiased Mike.

And no, the PS3 will not sell 20 million consoles this year to keep up with the PS1 even by your very misleading argument.

I see he didn't reply to that lol.

I love the cards mike is playing, he plays it like PS3 had to overcome the hole world and all the odds were against it and then Sony made a HUGE comeback and is in First place.

While Xbox 360 had everything going for it, MS bough exclusives and how the hole world loved Xbox 360 including Japan and how PS3 over came all the odds and beat Xbox 360 in sales.
