Activision Predicts PlayStation 3 Outselling Xbox 360 in 2010

Activision has made a prediction, gamers. PlayStation 3 will outsell Xbox 360 during 2010, according to Mike Griffith, the president and CEO of Activision's publishing division.

Griffith's comments were made during an Activision call discussing their 2009 results.

There's a small "but," however. Griffith predicted Wii will actually outsell both machines.

He predicted PlayStation 3 would sell 9 million units, Xbox 360 would push 8 million units and Wii would move 12 million units.
