If you care, get it on PC. If you don't care then buy it on whatever console floats your boat. 
The differences in games, even to the extent of Bayonetta are not significant enough to shake a stick at and go crazy.
Either you care about I.Q. AA. Framerate etc or you don't. Theres very little middle ground for quibling over a frame per second or slight differences in textures.
